Shippzi – Terms of Service

1. Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to use Shippzi.
  • You must provide accurate personal information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security.
  • Illegal usage is strictly prohibited.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Uploading malicious content is forbidden.
  • Violation may lead to immediate suspension.

2. General Conditions

  • You must agree to these Terms and Privacy Policy.
  • Services may be modified or discontinued anytime.
  • Service may be refused at Shippzi's discretion.
  • Platform is provided “as is”.
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service.
  • Shippzi is not liable for delivery timelines or outcomes.
  • Content may be transmitted across networks.
  • Shippzi is not responsible for any damages or losses.
  • You agree to indemnify Shippzi against claims.

3. Technical Support

  • Available only for active paying customers.
  • Support via email, tickets, or phone if agreed.
  • Response times may vary.

4. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your content.
  • You grant Shippzi rights to store and process content.
  • No resale or reverse engineering allowed.
  • Brand usage requires written permission.

5. Payments & Fees

  • Plans may be monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly.
  • Invoices payable within 7 days.
  • Non-payment may cause suspension.
  • GST extra.
  • Payments are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation & Termination

  • Data may be permanently deleted after cancellation.
  • Accounts may be terminated for fraud or abuse.
  • Outstanding dues remain payable.

7. Fraud & Abuse

  • Fraud or suspicious activity results in termination.
  • Abuse toward staff or riders is not tolerated.

8. Modifications to Services & Pricing

  • Pricing may change with 14 days notice.
  • No liability for service modifications.

9. Prohibited & Restricted Goods

  • Securities and financial instruments
  • Wildlife products
  • Weapons and explosives
  • Alcohol, tobacco, narcotics
  • Unauthorized medicines
  • Religious artifacts
  • Antiquities
  • Illegal telecom items
  • Any goods banned under Indian law

10. Merchant Responsibilities

  • Merchants must show their own policies.
  • Merchants handle packaging and legality.
  • Shippzi is only a technology facilitator.

11. Governing Law

  • Governed by Indian law.
  • Jurisdiction lies with Indian courts.
